998ph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "998ph," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 998ph online casino platform operated at https://998ph.cam, its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 998ph platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player following successful completion of the 998ph registration process.
• "Services" means all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, customer support, and ancillary features made available through the 998ph platform.
• "Funds" means any Philippine Peso (PHP) amounts deposited into, credited to, or held within a Player's 998ph Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account pursuant to a 998ph promotional offer.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-mandated regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification procedures required of all Players under applicable Philippine regulations and 998ph's internal compliance policies.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to 998ph under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory directives.

By accessing the 998ph platform through any device or browser, clicking "I Agree" during account registration, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the 998ph Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, any game-specific rules, and all applicable promotional terms as amended from time to time.

These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any conditions imposed by PAGCOR or applicable Philippine legislation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable law or PAGCOR directives, the law and regulatory requirements shall prevail.

Access to and use of the 998ph platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following criteria:

• Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines under PAGCOR regulations;
• Are physically located within a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legally permitted at the time of play;
• Are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with 998ph or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming operator;
• Are not acting on behalf of another individual, corporation, or entity;
• Are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a 998ph employee, contractor, or affiliated game provider where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest;
• Have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by 998ph for breach of these Terms or applicable regulations.

998ph reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

To access the Services, you must register for a single 998ph Account. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all such Accounts together with forfeiture of any Funds or Bonus Funds held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You undertake to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

• Username and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 998ph login credentials. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorised Access. You must notify 998ph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials.
• Account Security. 998ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 998ph will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at 998ph's discretion at any stage of Account activity, you may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation as required by PAGCOR KYC and AML obligations.

All financial transactions on 998ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability and minimum transaction thresholds as published on the 998ph deposit page.

Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your 998ph Account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. 998ph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider's own charges may apply.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is published on the withdrawal page and is subject to change. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where practicable. 998ph reserves the right to require full KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and may be affected by third-party payment provider timelines, public holidays, or additional verification requirements.

• Funds deposited into your Account may only be used for gaming on the 998ph platform;
• 998ph does not pay interest on Account balances;
• Accounts that are dormant for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as notified to the Player in advance;
• Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated by Players without prior written notice to 998ph are treated as a breach of these Terms.

998ph offers various promotional incentives including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free spins, daily login rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements — the total wager amount that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable;
• Game weighting — different game categories contribute at different percentages towards satisfying wagering requirements as specified per promotion;
• Validity periods — bonus funds and free spins expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period;
• Maximum bet restrictions — placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted bet size while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom;
• One bonus at a time — unless explicitly stated otherwise, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time.

998ph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. The offer of a promotion to one Player does not obligate 998ph to offer the same promotion to any other Player. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless specifically converted to cash upon satisfaction of all applicable conditions.

All games available on the 998ph platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, and physical dealing equipment operated by professional dealers for live casino titles. RNG certification and Return to Player (RTP) figures for all slot and table game titles are independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories.

Game-specific rules are published within each game's information panel on the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between on-screen game instructions and these Terms, 998ph's operational game rules shall prevail in respect of game conduct, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of Account and financial matters.

• 998ph does not guarantee that any particular Player will win or achieve any particular gaming outcome;
• Malfunctions — whether technical, software, or human — void all pays and plays affected by the malfunction;
• In the event of a live dealer error confirmed by 998ph's monitoring team, all bets on the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts;
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative only and subject to real-time fluctuation until a prize is formally awarded and confirmed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 998ph platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds:

• Registering as a minor or providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent the 21+ age requirement;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place wagers;
• Colluding with other Players, 998ph staff, or game provider employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to extract winnings beyond normal gameplay outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that facilitates proceeds of crime through the platform;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse;
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or reversing legitimate transactions through your payment provider;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to 998ph's systems, databases, or software;
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

998ph reserves the right to report any suspected criminal conduct, including but not limited to money laundering and fraud, to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

All content on the 998ph platform — including but not limited to the 998ph brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 998ph or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 998ph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any 998ph content without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 998ph's liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

998ph shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Service interruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment processor outages;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Decisions made by Players based on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

Nothing in these Terms limits 998ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

998ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold any Funds pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct;
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority;
• Suspected access by a minor or misrepresentation of age;
• Extended Account inactivity as defined in Section 5.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a Player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the completion of all applicable verification and AML checks. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 998ph customer support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Players who close their Accounts voluntarily are entitled to withdraw their remaining real-money balance subject to standard withdrawal terms.

998ph is committed to providing a safe, regulated gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming standards. The platform enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and provides every Account holder with access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits configurable by the Player from their Account settings;
• Session time reminders — configurable alerts that notify Players when a defined session duration has been reached;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary Account access restrictions of between 24 hours and 30 days, activated immediately upon Player request;
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term Account exclusion for Players who determine that their gambling is causing them harm, with minimum exclusion periods as prescribed by PAGCOR guidelines.

Players who activate a self-exclusion on their 998ph Account are requesting permanent or extended Account closure and acknowledge that any attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by registering a new Account constitutes a breach of these Terms. 998ph will take reasonable technical measures to prevent excluded players from registering new Accounts, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements.

998ph collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with the 998ph Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering for a 998ph Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include identity verification and KYC compliance, transaction monitoring and AML reporting, game personalisation and platform improvement, and communications relating to your Account and applicable promotions.

998ph does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only as necessary for platform operations and regulatory compliance. For full details, please refer to the 998ph Privacy Policy.

998ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 998ph will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file with the Account, via a platform notification displayed upon login, or by a prominent notice on the website.

Amendments take effect on the date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the 998ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the 998ph platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 998ph:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution. The Player must first submit a written complaint to 998ph customer support at [email protected]. 998ph will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.
• Step 2 — PAGCOR Escalation. If the complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through 998ph's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the relevant regulatory dispute resolution channel as published on the PAGCOR official website.
• Step 3 — Philippine Courts. Disputes not resolved through the above processes may be referred to the courts of competent jurisdiction within the Republic of the Philippines.

Players agree to exhaust the internal resolution and PAGCOR escalation processes before initiating any legal proceedings. 998ph and the Player agree that Philippine courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
